My Gimpy Life Season Two Kickstarter has launched!

Thanks for the support and please spread the word!

Teal Sherer, actress and disability advocate, launches Kickstarter campaign to raise funds for her award winning online comedy series MY GIMPY LIFE.

(Los Angeles, Ca) — May 15, 2013 — Teal Sherer, an actress best known for her role as Venom in Felicia Day’s THE GUILD, is the creator and star of the online comedy MY GIMPY LIFE (, which premiered online in the summer of 2012. The first season was produced by Sherer’s Rolling Person Productions (LLC) and funded privately by Steven Dengler’s Dracogen; Sherer funded the pilot episode herself.

Now Sherer seeks $50,000 for future episodes through Kickstarter’s crowd-sourced fundraising model: “People with disabilities are rarely seen and heard in TV and film, and it’s been so rewarding to take control and create my own show.  Season one was well received which makes me want to work harder and make more episodes for our fans.” Sherer said.

If their fundraising goal is met, future episodes of My Gimpy Life will be produced late summer in Los Angeles, Ca. Series will be helmed by Rolling Person Productions, and written by Gabe Uhr.

The campaign, which will last 30 days, will run until June 14, 2013.
